Summer Top-up Information

Please read the following information carefully on how we process top-ups this year.

Due to the demand of applications increasing, we will open the top-up window for applications before payment is sent the following week.

Loan Application Process Timeline
Applications will open from 8am on Monday 17th July until midnight Friday 28th July.
Agreements and payments will be sent to members from week commencing Monday 31st July.

As applications have opened early, the 5 working days for processing will begin on Monday 31st July.

No loans will be paid into members banks until after Monday 31st July at the earliest!!

There will only be one top-up during the Summer window.

This process will reduce member and staff stress, allowing staff time to work through the demand. Once you apply just wait until contacted by a member of our team as no updates can be given
