Christmas & New Year Opening

During the Christmas break we will be processing all payments and share withdrawals that are requested on the following days:

• Friday 24th December
• Wednesday 29th December
• Thursday 30th December
• Friday 31st December

All share withdrawals will be processed of a morning with no late afternoon transfers. When making a request please ensure you add the last 4 digits of your bank account number and NOT the card number, as this will delay your transfer. Our telephone service will also be unavailable during this time.

If you have a regular amount you request each week then let us know and we can set it to be transferred automatically.

If you need to reset access to the website then please contact us before 5pm on Thursday 23rd December.
